When will my kit arrive?
We aim to deliver the day before your move-in date. Add your move-in date in the order notes and use your hall name + room/flat in the address. If the hall can’t accept early parcels, we’ll target move-in day instead.
Can you guarantee the day-before timing?
We’ll dispatch to land the day before move-in and monitor tracking. Courier delays are rare but possible (weather, RD, peak season). If your hall can’t take early parcels, we’ll target move-in day.
What’s your returns policy (NZ)?
30-day change-of-mind on unused items in original packaging. Refunds to the original payment method (less shipping if applicable). Faulty items are repaired/replaced per the CGA.
Are you student-run?
Yes. UniRoom was started by students and is run by recent grads who remember move-in pain all too well. We design our kits around real hall life, space limits, and budgets.
Are you NZ-owned and operated?
100%. We’re New Zealand owned & operated. Your order is packed and dispatched from NZ with local support.
Can I customise a kit?
Totally. Start with a base kit and add/swap items. If you need something not listed, message us—we’ll try to source it.
